Role Description
The selected candidate will join the Supply Chain team and support administrative and operational activities related to order management and procurement flows.
This internship offers a valuable learning opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to supply chain business processes and to develop operational skills using structured management systems such as SAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, reviewing, and entering customer and/or supplier orders through company systems
- Issuing purchase and sales orders in SAP and monitoring their progress
- Supporting administrative activities related to supply chain management
- Verifying data accuracy and updating master data records
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Sales)
- Interfacing with external stakeholders (suppliers, logistics partners)
- Supporting reporting activities and operational data analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- Strong interest in supply chain and operations processes
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Basic (theoretical or academic) knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
